B&B is
situated in some of the most picturesque
coastal scenery to be found anywhere in Sardinia .Olivias
House is four metres from beach.Comfort,
charm, hospitality and, above all, quality at
reasonable pricesOlivias
House has wide and comfortable premises : three
bedrooms with private baths, a comfortable dining
room and a great living room . On
request, for babies, a suitable small bed can be
arranged.A spacious terrace in front of the
beautiful island of Caprera. Our B & B is
equipped of many comfort: conditioned air, heating,
tv, washing machine. Great parking. We make
beach umbrellas,
deckchairs and a small quay available for
our guests.
The prices refer
to day, for room all-inclusive.

period of stay. The B&B Olivia Villa supplies
the bed linen and from bath. The change of the
linen is weekly magazine and to every change
customer. Possibility to add a third and fourth
bed (single or to castle) with a supplement of and
25, to bed, the day.The rooms are available from
hours 13,00 of the arrival day, until hours 10,00
of the departure day.
